小学语文课堂教学中无效教学行为的表现与分析

Abstract: 无效教学行为是直接导致课堂教学低效或无效的主要因素。小学语文课堂教学中的无效教学行为,主要表现在教材加工、教师导学、主体关怀三方面。对新课改理念的理解不到位、教师自身的因素、重教学形式而轻教学内容、教师角色依然未变是导致无效教学行为产生的主要原因。
