Abstract: From April 7, 2021 to September 20, 2021, a study was set up on the bark of Quercus variabilis in Dazhao Mountain, Haidian District, Beijing. Six trees(three as the control) with a tree age of more than 10 a with no pests and diseases, and good growth were selected.
