Abstract: Objective To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of poplar bud extracts on experiment gastric ulcer.Methods The effects of poplar bud extracts on rats with experiment gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid,absolute ethyl alcohol and pyloric ligation were observed by measuring gastric ulcer area,gastric juice quantity,pH levels,pepsin activity and pathological slices.Results The indexes of gastric ulcers in the experiments were relieved remarkably by poplar bud extracts.Conclusion Poplar b...
