Abstract: Fiber reinforced epoxy resin composites were prepared by compression molding based on poplar wood fiber modified by methyl eleostearate maleic anhydride adduct(MEMA-PWF) and bisphenol A epoxy resin/methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride(E51/MeTHPA).Surface properties and fracture morphology of the epoxy composites were characterized by a contact angle measurement and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The impact strength and flexural strength were tested.It was shown from the results that the surfac...
