Abstract: The secretion cellulase of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and B.mucronatus was analyzed while CMC,MC and SC were used to be the celllose resouces for the nematodes secretion degrading.The cellulase activities were tested with staining and DNS methods from Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and B.mucronatus.The results showed that there were 3 cellulase component in both B.xylophilus and B.mucronatus secretion: endo-β-1,4-glucanase、exo-β-1,4-glucanase and β-glucosidase.The cellulase activity from B.xylophilu... More
