Abstract: Based on the rate of damaged leaves of transgenic plantation,larvae and pupae density in the soil,the resistance of transgenic Populus nigra to Apocheima cinerarius and Orthosia incerta is evaluated.The rate of damaged leaves of transgenic stand is 10%,lower than the 40% of protection and control index.The rates of damaged leaves of both P.nigra controls (Ck2 and Ck3) and nontransgenic plants (P. euramericana (Dode) Guineir cv.Robusta) in the transgenic plantation are lower than those plants of... More
