Abstract: Organic wood-flour putty was prepared by mixing wood-flour, polyvinyl acetate emulsion (16% solids content) and isocyanate resin. Wood flour with different diameters, from 10 to 60 μm, made from waste wood was used. This article discusses how the putty performance can be influenced by the wood flour size. The results show that with a specific formula, wood-flour putty made with 500 mesh flour has better painting properties and adhesive strength.
