Abstract: To identify tumor-associated protein ligands recognized by human γδT cell, human proteome microarray was screened with peptides from CDR3δ. Our data showed that six candidate protein ligands binding to biotin-labeled CDR3δ peptides were selected, including PHF21 A, LDB3, SYF2, PPP1 R14 A, AGR2 and SYAP1. Flow cytometry showed that AGR2 was expressed in several cancer cell lines.
