Abstract: The remaining Phyllanthus emblica pomace after juicing contains a large amount of polyphenols. In order to further improve the resources utilization of Phyllanthus emblica,the extraction process of polyphenols from Phyllanthus emblica pomace was optimized for increased extaction amount of polyphenols.
