Abstract: ＜正＞2017年在胃癌领域,围手术期FLOT（多西紫杉醇+奥沙利铂+亚叶酸钙+氟尿嘧啶）方案被证实优于传统的ECF（表柔比星+顺铂+氟尿嘧啶）方案,该研究结果或将改变胃癌围手术期的治疗模式;免疫治疗在胃癌取得了多项研究成果,但预测免疫治疗疗效的生物标志物仍有待深入探索。在大肠癌领域,结肠癌术后辅助化疗时限和直肠癌全程新辅助分层治疗是临床研究热点,多学科协作在辅助治疗中越显得意
