弥漫型胃癌淋巴道转移研究进展

Abstract: 弥漫型胃癌发病率高且易转移,综合治疗效果差,长期存活率低,对人类健康影响巨大。大部分进展期甚至早期弥漫型胃癌病人伴随淋巴道转移,是影响其术后存活率的重要因素。本文对相关文献加以综述,从术前病理分型、淋巴道转移程度的判断、对精准医疗的影响等方面进行讨论。
