Abstract: The deposition evolution, tectonic evolution and stress field evolution are analyzed. A method for studing on the evolution of fault sealing properties by using the calculation of the normal stress on the fault surface in history are proposed. This method is applied to analyze Cui 6 and Cui 7 faults in Cuizhuang. The stresses on the fault surface are various at different depths.
