A transcript of ’Jin Lv Zhu’(Notes of Laws in the Jin Dynasty)was excavated from a burial at the Bijiatan site in Huahai county,Yumen,during 2002.This article introduces these pieces of documents in order to lay down foundations for understating their contents.As a special case,these documents were pasted like wallpapers on coffin.The contents did not survive very well but they still provide critical clues for understating the law system in the Jin Dynasty.
