直流励磁的管道壁厚漏磁检测技术

Abstract: 针对油气管道长期运行后造成管壁腐蚀、磨损等问题,提出采用直流励磁的漏磁检测方法,并通过COMSOL仿真和实验进行分析,验证了该检测方法的可行性。避免了永磁磁化与管壁有很强的吸力而行走难、寿命短等不利因素,易于实现自动化检测。为了减小测量误差,提出了双传感器检测方式,通过对空间点对表面点测量值的校正,使测量结果值更加准确。通过分析线圈通电电流的大小对磁化效果的影响,确定了直流线圈励磁的最佳励磁强度,得出了管道漏磁强度与管道厚度之间的关系。
