Abstract: In this paper,HSn70-1Acopper alloy heat-exchanging tube eddy current signal of different frequency were studied,and the frequency was calculated based on the experience and test.It is found that the frequency of 40 kHz can be used to determine the copper tube outside diameter defect depth.When frequency is 70 kHz,eddy current has better sensitivity of inside diameter defects.The 70 kHz can be used as an auxiliary frequency for the inside diameter defects determination.The 20 kHz can be mixed wit... More
