Abstract: Aim to optimize the extraction process of total triterpenes from Sanghuangporus sanghuang, purify the total triterpenes, analyze its chemical composition, as well as its antitumor and antioxidant activities. This study first used the response surface method to optimize the extraction process of total triterpenes from S.sanghuang.
