Abstract: To identify the viruses in tobacco and other crops or weeds around tobacco field exhibiting orthotospovirus-like symptom, 566 samples from Wenshan, Zhaotong, Chuxiong, Qujing, Yuxi, Kunming, Honghe, Dali and Baoshan in Yunnan province were collected during 2014 to 2018.
