Abstract: To investigate the effect of phenolic resin addition on the microstructure and electrochemical properties of carbon materials, and to obtain a relatively economical method of preparing carbon materials for supercapacitors, phenolic resin/bamboo-based composite activated carbon was prepared by KOH activation using bamboo waste as raw material and phenolic resin as modifier.
