Abstract: Calli were induced from corm (A. revieri) and peti ol e (A. albus) segments. After subculture for three or more times in vitro , there were three kinds of callus types in Amrophophallus Blume. A: the c alli were dropsical and semitransparent; B: the calli were yellowy with nodular structures in the surface; C: the calli appeared green or pink and compact in te xture.
