Abstract: Calli were induced from corm （A. revieri） and peti ol e （A. albus） segments. After subculture for three or more times in vitro , there were three kinds of callus types in Amrophophallus Blume. A: the c alli were dropsical and semitransparent; B: the calli were yellowy with nodular structures in the surface; C: the calli appeared green or pink and compact in te xture.
