Abstract: Objective To establish a method for the determination of content in Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate tablets by turbidimetry. Methods The standard curve assay was used for quantitative analysis with Staphylococcus aurecs as the test Organism. Adjusted spore suspension of Staphylococcus aurecs inoculated with a 0.3% （V/V） ratio, at 37℃ for 3～4h.
