Abstract: In order to achieve loose and vigorous cell,and to establish the cell suspension culture system in Chaenomeles speciosa,the effects of different culture conditions on induction and growth were researched,taking different parts as explants and MS as basic medium,and the effects of different media and conditions on subculture were researched.The results showed that the effect of 2,4-D（1 mg·mL-1） and KT（0.1 mg·mL-1） on stem induction was better,followed by the leaf.The increment increasing rate of ... More
