Abstract: We used the leaves and stems of aseptic seedlings of 5 rose cultivars that can successfully live outside through the winter in Heilongjiang Province as explants to investigate callus induction and plant regeneration.The leaves and stems of the 5 rose cultivars could induce callus;media containing 2,4-D could induce callus better;and a high concentration of cytokinin was not suitable for callus induction.TDZ played an important role in callus differentiation;culture under light conditions was eff...
