Abstract: Daptomycin fermentation medium was optimized by Plackett-Burman design,the steepest ascent design and response surface methodology in this paper.Experimental data were analyzed by software Design expert 7.0.The results showed that the main influential factors for daptomycin production were dextrin,soluble starch,L-aspartic acid,and their optimum concentration was 7.0 g·L-1,6.66 g·L-1,0.4 g·L-1,respectively.Under the optimized conditions,the production of daptomycin could reach 185.3 mg·L-1,which...
