Abstract: Poplar bud extracts contain flavonoids,terpene,phenolic acids and esters.The modern pharmacological studies show poplar bud extracts have wide pharmacological actions such as antioxidation,anti-tumor,antibiosis,anti-ulcer,etc.This review summarizes recent advances in the research of chemical compositions and the pharmacological effects of poplar bud extracts.
