Abstract: This paper presented the progress in the preparation of methylsulfonylmethane using DMSO and H2O2.Based on the single-factor experiments, response surface methodology(RSM) was used to explore the optimal conditions for preparing methylsulfonylmethane and the relationship between preparation parameters and yield using regression analysis.
