安康市7个核桃品种适应性比较试验研究

Abstract: 通过调查安康市7个核桃(Juglans regia L.)品种的外观品质和产量,分析测定各个品种核仁的脂肪、蛋白质和矿质养分含量。结果表明:从外观品质看,所选的7个核桃品种均为优良品种。核桃不同品种间的脂肪、蛋白质和矿质养分含量差异较大,其中最优的是"安康紫仁核桃",其次是"安康串核桃"。各个品种平均单株产量各不相同,最优的是"安康串核桃"为1 282.28kg。经过方差分析显示,"安康紫仁核桃"和"安康串核桃"的平均单株产量与其他品种在P<0.05水平达到显著水平。综上所述,安康紫仁核桃、安康串核桃的外观表现、内在品质和产量均优于其他几个品种,表现为最适合在安康市种植。
