Abstract: Objective To investigate the influence of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway on the proliferation of HT-29 human colon cancer cells.Methods The HT-29 cells were divided into cancer group and inhibitor group,and the adjacent normal cells were as controls(control group).The cells in logarithmic growth phase were tested.Inhibitor group was interfered by 10μL of PI3K/Akt signaling inhibitor LY294002 + culture medium.Cancer group and control group were interfered by 10μL of normal saline + culture medium.MTT... More
