Abstract: [Objectives] To obtain genetic data on, and establish an antenna transcriptome database for, the adult white-striped longhorn beetle, Batocera horsfieldi（Hope）. [Methods] The antenna transcriptome of adult B. horsfieldi was sequenced using an Illumina HiSeq 4000 platform and analyzed with bioinformatic software.
