汽轮机粗晶螺栓的超声波诊断技术

Abstract: 对20Cr1Mo1VTiB汽轮机螺栓采用金相检验法确定其粗晶度等级,然后通过超声波探伤法对反射波形进行分析,找出了其与超声反射波形的基本对应关系,得出了使用超声波快速诊断20Cr1Mo1VTiB粗晶螺栓的方法。该方法取得了预期效果,对粗晶螺栓的快速判别具有推广应用价值。
