Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of triamcinolone acetonide acetate in closure treatment of temporomandibular disorders.Methods Fifty-five cases of temporomandibular disorders were given closure treatment with triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection once per week for 2 weeks.Patients were followed up for 3 months.Results Followed up for 3 months,among the 55 patients,the cure was achieved in 36,marked improvement in 13,and failure in 6.The total effective rate was 89.09%.Conclusion C... More
