Abstract: The technological conditions degrading corn stalk, such as dosage of enzyme,pH,reaction time, reaction temperature were studied with xylan. It was optimized by orthogonal experiments. The influential extent of affecting factors to degrading corn stalk is: pH>reaction temperature>dosage of enzyme>reaction time. The best condition of degrading corn stalk with xylanase is dosage of enzyme 65 ×104 U/g,pH 4.0,reaction temperature 50 ℃,reaction time 20 h.The best degradation rate is up to 26.61%.
