Abstract: ＜正＞Peptidomimetics represent a very powerful answer to the quest for new biologically active compounds.This family of molecules can be used to face many different kind of diseases,such as cancer,AIDS,hepatitis,inflammatory processes and so on.For many targets conformationally restricted structures are highly desirable.
