Abstract: ＜正＞1卫生技术评估的新定义卫生技术包含药品、医疗器械、疫苗、医疗程序和卫生系统等多种形式。卫生技术评估（health technology assessment,HTA）的目的是应用知识和技能,解决健康问题和提高生活质量,建立一个公平、高效和高质量的卫生系统,为卫生政策决策提供信息依据。HTA是运用多学科的一个过程,采用经济学的评价方法来确定各种卫生技术在其生命周期不同阶段的价值。
