新冠肺炎疫情影响下水产品国际供应链变化及中国水产品安全供给形势分析

Abstract: 本文从水产品安全供给的视角,分析了新冠肺炎疫情给水产品国际供应链带来的影响,主要是整个水产品供应链上的商业活动受限,对世界主要国家水产品生产和进出口国都产生了不利影响。在此背景下,结合20世纪70年代以来中国水产品自给率的变化判断国内水产品安全供给的总体形势,认为以我为主的供给格局具有较强的稳定性,能够确保水产品有效供给。同时,疫情也给国内水产品产业发展和市场运行带来了全面的影响,从而在数量和质量安全方面对安全供给形成制约,暴露出了流通短板和质量安全监管的空白点。应对和化解水产品安全供给的问题,需要从全产业链着手,提升转型发展的水平。
