Abstract: 【Objective】Transmembrane kinases(TMK) belong to a small subfamily of receptor-like protein kinases(RLKs). They participate in auxin signal transduction pathway on cell membrance and mainly control the cell expansion and proliferation and the downstream signals of auxin.
