Observation on the therapeutic effect of feilike mixture combined with glucocorticoid on infantile pneumoniaChinese Full Text

Abstract: Objective:To observe the efficacy of pulmonary cough combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods:120 cases of children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to July 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number method,60 cases in each group. In the control group,60 children were treated with glucocorticoid after diagnosis,60 cases were treated with glucocorticoid combined with feilike. After treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups of patients were evaluated,and the scores of pulmonary inflammation of the children before treatment,3 days after treatment and 7 days after treatment were recorded in detail,as well as the disappearance time of cough,fever,gastrointestinal reaction time,lung rale disappearance time and X-ray lung inflammation absorption time. Results:The observation group of feilike combined with glucocorticoid treatment was significantly better than the observation group of glucocorticoid treatment only（P＜0.05）; After treatment for 3 days and 1 week,the scores of pulmonary inflammation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the disappearance time of cough,disappearance time of fever,gastrointestinal reaction time,disappearance time of pulmonary rumble and absorption time of X-ray lung inflammation were effectively improved（P＜0.05）. Conclusion:Pulmonary cough combined with glucocorticoid adjuvant therapy for pediatric pneumonia has a significant effect,which is beneficial to relieve the symptoms and signs of children and reduce the length of hospitalization,and is worthy of clinical application.
