Effect of different culture medium on blueberry fruit qualityChinese Full Text

Abstract: 以南高丛蓝莓品种艾美瑞为试验材料,利用草炭、珍珠岩、蛭石、稻糠、椰糠两两组合作为栽培基质,测定单果重、横径、纵径、果实硬度、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可滴定酸、花青素含量,并采用隶属函数法进行综合评价。结果表明,不同栽培基质蓝莓果实品质比较:处理M2-6(草炭∶蛭石3∶1)>M3-3(草炭∶椰糠2∶1)>M2-4(草炭∶蛭石1∶4)>N1-6(椰糠∶珍珠岩3∶1)>CK1(田园土)>CK2(纯草炭)>CK3(纯椰糠)。处理M2-6果实品质最好,与对照CK1相比,单果重、横径、纵径、硬度、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可滴定酸、花青素含量分别提高0.37 g、2.43 mm、1.31 mm、0.36 N·cm-2、0.89%、21.98 mg·g-1、0.07%和0.07 mg·g-1。处理M2-6是蓝莓果实品质最优的栽培基质组合。
