美多巴联合天麻钩藤饮加减治疗老年帕金森病的临床观察

Abstract: 目的研究分析在老年帕金森病患者中采用美多巴联合天麻钩藤饮治疗的临床效果。方法随机抽取2017年9月至2018年12月在本院治疗的老年帕金森病患者资料共计126例,抽签法分组为观察组以及对照组每组63例。对照组患者采用西药美多巴治疗,观察组采用美多巴联合天麻钩藤饮加减治疗。分析两组患者用药后的疗效情况。结果观察组患者的治疗效率显著比对照组要高（P＜0.05）。结论临床上针对老年帕金森病患者采用美多巴联合天麻钩藤饮加减治疗能够较好的缓解患者病情,具有较高的价值,值得推广。
