Effects of Cefoperazone sodium and Tazobactam sodium combined with Feilike in treatment of bronchial pneumonia in childrenChinese Full Text

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of cefoperazone sodium and tazobactam sodium combined with Feilike in treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children. Methods The clinical data of 100 children with bronchial pneumonia who admitted in the hospital from August 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into control group（routine treatment+cefoperazone sodium and tazobactam sodium, n=48） and observation group（routine treatment+cefoperazone sodium and tazobactam sodium+Feilike,n=52）according to different treatment regimens. The clinical efficacy,relief time of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group（96.15%）was higher than that of control group（81.25%）（P＜0.05）;The disappearance time of asthma and pulmonary signs in observation group was shorter than that in control group（P＜0.05）;There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups（P＞0.05）. Conclusion Cefoperazone sodium and tazobactam sodium combined with Feilike in treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children has significant effects,it can improve clinical symptoms and have less adverse reactions.
