肺力咳合剂联合头孢丙烯干混悬剂治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床观察

Abstract: 目的观察肺力咳合剂联合头孢丙烯干混悬剂治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将120例符合纳入标准的急性支气管炎患儿,随机分为治疗组、对照组各60例。对照组予以头孢丙烯干混悬剂口服,治疗组加用肺力咳合剂,观察2组临床疗效、炎症因子水平（超敏C反应蛋白、血清白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-6）变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前,2组患者炎症因子水平差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;治疗后2组患儿hs-CR P、IL-4、IL-6水平均下降,且治疗组较对照组下降明显（P＜0.05）。结论肺力咳合剂联合头孢丙烯干混悬剂治疗小儿急性支气管炎,可有效改善临床症状、降低炎症因子水平,值得进一步推广。
