Abstract: ＜正＞剧情简介:影片《被告山杠爷》根据李一清的小说《山杠爷》改编。山杠爷是堆堆坪村的最高首长。他在村里主政几十年,享有很高的威望,但村妇强英却吊死在他门前。检察官苏琴来到村里调查,很快查明了强英自杀是山杠爷工作作风粗暴所致。山杠爷为催在外打工者回村种责任田,私拆他人信件;村民不按时交公粮,他派民兵关押;腊正反对摊派民工被他打了耳光……苏琴明白,山杠爷的大公无私是无可非议的,但法律意识淡薄,以为村规就是国法。她告诉山杠爷他触犯了法律,山杠爷接受了这个事实,
