传统商业街区更新改造与商业氛围的保有和提升——以北京西单北大街沿线改造为例

Abstract: The article takes the renovation of the North Xidan Street as an example to discuss how to maintain and improve the business atmosphere through the renewing of the traditional commercial street, The analysis is based on five aspects:the appropriate orientation of the block,the development of the characteristics,the practicable renovation,the controlling the capacity of area and the optimizing of the business environment.
