Effect of outer voltage for anodizing TiO2 nanotube array on their photo-induced cathodic protection properties for metal

Abstract: TiO2 nanotube array thin films were prepared by put Ti substrate into 0.5mol/L NH4HF2+ lmol/L NH4H2PO4 aqueous solution via anodic oxidation method for 2h.The outer voltage used in this work is respectively 5,10,20,30 and 40V.The as anodized TiO2 nanotube thin film is annealed in furnace at 500℃for 2h.
