Ag+及载Ag+ 4A沸石的抗空气微生物的性能

Abstract: 对Ag+及载Ag+沸石在营养肉汤中的抗空气微生物的性能进行了研究。证明在实验室空气条件下,在36±1℃振荡条件下,将游离Ag+加入到营养肉汤中,Ag+为0.8×10-4mol/L时,可发挥抗细菌性能,而当将载Ag+量4×10-4mol/g的载Ag+4A沸石加入到营养肉汤中,营养肉汤中的Ag+总量达到0.4×10-4mol/L即具有抗菌性能,说明将Ag+结合于沸石,可提高Ag+在营养肉汤中的抗菌性能。无论是将游离Ag+还是载Ag+沸石加入到营养肉汤中,当营养肉汤中含有的Ag+量达到1.2×10-4mol/L时,均可在15天内保持抗菌效果。但经30天后,无论是将游离Ag+还是载Ag+沸石加入到营养肉汤...
