Abstract: "能者多劳"表面是在夸一个人有能力,但很可能是在暗地里嘲讽这人比较傻。"能者多劳"并不意味着多劳能够多得,而体制机制不健全和领导者决策是导致"能者多劳"的重要原因。治理"能者多劳"困局,要强化人岗匹配,完善绩效管理,合理设置机构,提高干部领导能力。
