异形线圈绕制张力控制装置的设计

Abstract: 针对高温超导磁铁的异形线圈类型,设计了适合绕制线圈的张力控制装置。采用磁粉制动器控制绕组放线速度,使用张力检测装置检测张力,测量值与设定值的差值经PID控制算法进行处理,修正单片机输出值,并将其转化成电信号传送到磁粉制动器,以达到设定张力恒定。
