茵栀黄注射液的不良反应与安全性分析

Abstract: 目的对茵栀黄注射液的不良反应与安全性进行分析和探讨,为临床注射茵栀黄注射液提供参考依据。方法选择我院进行茵栀黄注射液注射的200例患者作为研究对象,收治时间在2013年3月至2015年3月期间,对所有患者的临床资料进行系统性的分析和总结,总结其不良反应率、常见的不良反应情况及茵栀黄注射液的用药安全性。结果 200例患者的不良反应率为25.00%,共50例,排名前7位的不良反应现象分别为皮肤及其附件损害、过敏性休克、消化系统损害、发热伴全身性损害、血液系统损害、神经系统损害、用药局部损害,分别占总比的8.50%、5.50%、4.00%、2.50%、2.00%、1.50%、1.00%;药物本身的影响、药物静滴速度控制不佳、患者个体之间存在差异是导致茵栀黄注射液发生不良反应的主要原因。结论茵栀黄注射液使用过程中的不良反应情况较多,药物本身的影响、药物静滴速度控制不佳、患者个体之间存在差异是引起不良反应的主要因素,因此,在临床治疗过程中应该加以重视。
