Abstract: ＜正＞中国工程院院士、大气环境专家张远航在“2021全球十大工程成就暨2021全球工程前沿发布会”上指出，从2013年9月我国发布《大气污染防治行动计划》（以下简称“大气十条”）以来，空气质量总体而言稳中向好，PM2.5浓度快速下降，二氧化碳浓度缓慢下降。同时臭氧问题也开始被人关注，臭氧浓度呈现波动上升。以下为报告整理。
