Abstract: To establish the regeneration system of Magna dapibus folium ju, the effect of different concentration ratios of 6-BA and NAA on the induction rate of healing tissue and the induction rate of adventitious buds was investigated in this study using the cotyledons of sterile Magna dapibus folium ju seedlings as the explant material.
