Abstract: <正>七贤岭位于大连市以西25km,最初的现场是北高南低,岩石微露,沟壑穿插的自然地貌。建设用地面积约20hm~2,主入口由城市道路向上逐渐升高至高差28m。20年前建设的这座大型工业园区,证明了工业厂房可以选择场地条件相对恶劣的丘陵坡地,把环境较好的用地留给城市的发展。建设过程结合地形,重新营建了道路系统和景观环境,和谐地接纳了这些工业设施,迎来场所的再生。总体设计首先完成了3个台地逐步升高的地形整合,并且保证台地面积足够大,满足布置大型综合厂房的需求。
